VIPTake Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and viptake ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by viptake — including but not limited to the website, mobile app, games, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

viptake reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of viptake after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms apply to all players on viptake regardless of the device or method used to access the platform. Whether you play through the viptake website on a desktop browser, through the viptake mobile app on Android or iOS, or through any other access method, these Terms govern your use.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and play on viptake, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. viptake does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is legal where you are located before registering on viptake.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a viptake employee or business partner.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from viptake for any reason.

viptake reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already withdrawn.

03 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on viptake. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. viptake uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your viptake account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. viptake will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your viptake account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact viptake support immediately. viptake will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account while the investigation is ongoing.

• Keep your viptake login details private at all times.
• Do not allow any other person to use your viptake account.
• Update your contact information on viptake promptly if it changes.
• Notify viptake support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

viptake supports a range of local payment methods designed for players in Bangladesh. All deposits on viptake are processed in real time where technically possible. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals on viptake are subject to identity verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, viptake may require you to submit documentation confirming your identity, address, and payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and applies to all players on viptake.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• viptake does not accept third-party payments. The account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your viptake account.
• viptake reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification checks.
• Any fees associated with deposits or withdrawals are clearly displayed before you confirm the transaction on viptake.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

viptake offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses on viptake are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These terms are clearly stated on each individual promotion page on viptake.

The viptake welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. To claim the welcome bonus, players must opt in at the point of deposit. Bonuses that are not claimed at the time of the qualifying deposit cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from viptake.
• Bonuses on viptake are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• viptake reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the viptake bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on viptake operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. The outcome of every game on viptake is determined independently of any action taken by viptake staff or systems outside of the game engine itself.

Game-specific rules are available within each game on the viptake platform. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. viptake does not accept responsibility for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game on viptake, the round will be declared void and stakes returned to the player.
• viptake reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a software fault.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over viptake or other players.
• Collusion between players on viptake is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on viptake. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on viptake.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification on viptake.
• Using viptake for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the viptake platform or its underlying systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with viptake games or systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play on viptake.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing viptake staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors on viptake for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

viptake reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe on viptake.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against viptake.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If your viptake account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

09 Responsible Gaming

viptake is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a range of tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

All responsible gaming tools on viptake are available directly within your account settings and can be activated at any time without needing to contact support. Some restrictions, once applied, cannot be reversed for a set period — this is by design, to protect players who are taking a break from gambling.

• Self-exclusion on viptake is permanent unless a cooling-off period has been agreed in advance.
• viptake will not send promotional communications to players who have self-excluded.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viptake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the viptake service.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses incurred during gameplay on viptake, including losses resulting from game malfunctions that are subsequently voided and refunded.

viptake's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
